By placing an order with Stache Squad, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing
All orders are subject to review and acceptance before shipment. After an order is placed, we begin preparing it for fulfillment, which may include payment verification, inventory confirmation, packaging, and shipment preparation. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, although processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, limited releases, promotional events, holidays, or unforeseen operational delays.
Processing time refers to the period between the time an order is placed and the time it is handed off to the shipping carrier. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time. Orders placed outside normal business hours may be considered received on the following business day.
We reserve the right to delay processing, refuse shipment, or cancel an order if there are issues involving payment authorization, inaccurate shipping information, suspected fraud, product availability, or other legitimate business concerns. If an order is canceled after payment has been authorized or captured, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
Available shipping methods and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout, where applicable. Estimated shipping windows are provided as a convenience only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery dates may vary based on the shipping destination, selected carrier, weather, seasonal demand, service interruptions, and other circumstances beyond our control.
In most cases, standard domestic shipping may arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after the order has been shipped. If expedited or alternative shipping options are offered, estimated delivery times will depend on the specific service selected at checkout. Even when expedited shipping is chosen, processing time still applies before the order is shipped.
Stache Squad does not guarantee that any order will arrive by a specific date unless expressly stated in writing. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, severe weather, labor disruptions, supply chain interruptions, or other external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates and Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on a number of factors, which may include the shipping destination, selected shipping method, package weight, package dimensions, and total order value. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or other shipping-related incentives. Any such promotion will be subject to its own stated terms and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where we determine in our sole discretion that a refund is appropriate. If an order is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or otherwise fails delivery for reasons not caused by Stache Squad, original shipping charges may not be refunded.
4. Order Confirmation and Tracking
Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. After the order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that may include tracking information, if available through the carrier.
Tracking updates are generated by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours, or longer in some cases, to appear in the carrier's system. While we make reasonable efforts to provide tracking information when available, Stache Squad is not responsible for inaccuracies, delays, or failures in tracking updates provided by third-party carriers.
It is the customer's responsibility to review shipment notifications and monitor the progress of delivery using the tracking information provided.
5. Delivery Estimates and Carrier Delays
Any delivery estimate provided by us or displayed at checkout is an estimate only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of arrival by a specific date. Shipping carriers operate independently, and once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control.
Delays may occur for many reasons, including but not limited to severe weather, carrier capacity issues, incomplete address information, failed delivery attempts, customs clearance, local disruptions, or peak shipping periods. Stache Squad is not responsible for carrier-related delays and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from such delays.
Customers are encouraged to allow additional time for delivery during holidays, launch periods, promotional drops, and other high-volume seasons.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all billing and shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. This includes the recipient's name, street address, apartment or suite number, city, state, postal code, and contact information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted, it may result in processing delays, failed delivery, return-to-sender status, or delivery to an unintended location. Stache Squad is not responsible for orders shipped to the address entered by the customer at checkout.
If you discover that you entered an incorrect shipping address, you should contact us immediately. While we may attempt to update the address before the order is shipped, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once order processing has begun. If the order has already been shipped, any redirection, interception, reshipment, or replacement costs may be the customer's responsibility.
7. Risk of Loss and Title
All purchases made through our Site are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that title to the products and the risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the order to the shipping carrier. Once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier, Stache Squad is no longer responsible for loss, theft, delay, or damage occurring in transit, except as otherwise required by law.
This includes packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is shown as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first check the surrounding delivery area, with household members, neighbors, building management, or the carrier directly.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate the package, you should promptly contact the carrier and review the delivery details associated with the tracking number. In many cases, packages may be left with a neighbor, in a mailroom, at a front desk, or in another secure area.
Stache Squad is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Any replacement, refund, or store credit issued in such situations is at our sole discretion and does not create an ongoing obligation to provide compensation for similar claims in the future.
If your package appears to be lost in transit and tracking has stopped updating for an unreasonable period of time, you may contact us and we may, at our discretion, assist you in initiating a carrier inquiry. However, carrier decisions, investigations, and claim outcomes remain outside our control.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or inability of the carrier to complete delivery, we may contact you regarding reshipment options. Additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be sent again.
If a returned package is received by us and you no longer wish to have it reshipped, any refund issued may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any other non-recoverable fulfillment expenses, unless otherwise required by law.
We are not responsible for packages that are abandoned, refused, or undeliverable due to circumstances caused by the customer.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, you must contact us within a reasonable period after delivery and provide sufficient information for review. This may include your order number, photographs of the outer packaging, photographs of the product, and a description of the issue.
We reserve the right to evaluate all claims and determine, in our sole discretion, whether a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution is appropriate. Failure to notify us within a reasonable timeframe may affect our ability to review or resolve the issue.
Minor packaging wear sustained during transit that does not affect the condition or use of the product may not qualify for replacement or refund.
11. Preorders, Limited Drops, and High-Demand Releases
From time to time, Stache Squad may offer preorder items, limited releases, or high-demand product drops. Products in these categories may have extended processing and fulfillment timelines, which will be noted on the product page or at checkout when applicable.
If an order includes both in-stock items and preorder items, we reserve the right to ship the order in one combined shipment once all items are available, or in multiple shipments at our discretion. Customers should review product descriptions carefully for any item-specific shipping timelines.
Due to the nature of limited releases and preorder inventory planning, shipping estimates for these products are especially subject to change.
12. International Shipping
If international shipping is offered, delivery times will vary significantly by destination, carrier network, and customs procedures. International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Stache Squad does not control customs processing and is not responsible for delays, holds, inspections, or fees imposed by customs authorities. If an international shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or import requirements, any refund may be reduced by shipping charges, return fees, customs handling costs, and other non-refundable expenses.
Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import laws and requirements of their destination country before placing an international order.
13. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to limit, decline, or cancel shipments to certain addresses, regions, states, or countries at any time and for any reason, including legal restrictions, carrier limitations, fraud concerns, or operational constraints.

Stache Squad is not responsible for customer assumptions that all items in a multi-item order will arrive together unless explicitly stated.

Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stache Squad. Due to the nature of our products, including limited releases and small-batch production, all sales are considered final. This Refund Policy outlines the limited circumstances under which exchanges may be accepted. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
